Job Summary: We are seeking a remote Full Stack Developer to design, build, and launch web and mobile applications for non-technical founders, taking full technical ownership from start to finish. Direct collaboration with founders and decision-making Full Stack Developer (Remote) Building apps for non-technical founders We are looking for a remote Full Stack Developer to design, build, and launch web and mobile applications for non-technical founders. You will work directly with entrepreneurs, transforming ideas into functional products (MVPs and scalable versions), taking full technical ownership from start to finish. Responsibilities * Design and develop end-to-end web and/or mobile applications (frontend + backend). * Translate non-technical ideas and requirements into clear technical solutions. * Build fast, functional MVPs focused on market validation. * Collaborate directly with founders to define features, scope, and priorities. * Implement APIs, databases, authentication, and business logic. * Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code. * Iterate rapidly based on user and business feedback. * Deploy, maintain, and continuously improve applications. Requirements * Experience as a Full Stack Developer (web and/or mobile). * Proficiency in at least one modern stack (e.g., React / Next.js / Vue, Node.js, Django, Laravel, etc.). * Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). * Ability to work autonomously and remotely. * Skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical people. * Product mindset and focus on solving real problems. * Experience building MVPs or products from scratch. Plus (not required) * Experience working with startups or early-stage founders. * Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, Vercel, etc.). * Experience in mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin). * Interest in product, business, or UX. Job Type: Contract Pay: $15,000 \- $25,000 per hour
