One customer, one family, one community at a time. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** We’re looking for a CRM Manager to operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution — owning how our lifecycle engine is built, scaled, and evolved. This role goes beyond campaign management. You’ll design intelligent, self\-improving CRM systems, thinking in journeys, states, and feedback loops — ensuring everything we build compounds over time. You’ll shape both what gets built and what we learn from it, leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to drive performance. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES*** Own the end\-to\-end CRM ecosystem: journeys, segmentation, testing frameworks, and channel orchestration * Design and scale **AI\-driven lifecycle strategies** (predictive segmentation, personalization, send\-time optimization) * Leverage **AI tools and LLMs** to automate workflows, accelerate testing, and generate insights at scale * Build feedback loops that continuously improve performance based on real user behavior * Turn experimentation and system insights into clear strategic direction * Lead execution excellence: QA standards, workflows, and Specialist output * Act as the **clearest voice on what actually drives impact** — beyond surface\-level metrics. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Strong experience in **CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention** * Proven track record building and scaling **automated lifecycle systems** * Hands\-on experience using **AI tools, LLMs, or predictive models** in marketing workflows * Strong understanding of experimentation (**A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality**) * Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into action * Experience leading execution with high quality standards * **Advanced English (written and spoken)** — you’ll work with regional and global teams **PERKS \& BENEFITS*** Annual Salary Review * 15% Off EEFT Stock * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance * Free Money Transfers with Ria * + SmartFit Gym Partnership Ria Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
