One customer, one family, one community at a time. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** We’re looking for a **Content Specialist** to help build and maintain website content across Ria’s global web experience. This is an **execution\-focused role centered on creating, updating, and maintaining web content within our CMS** across multiple markets and languages. You’ll work within structured templates and systems to deliver accurate, high\-quality content at scale, supporting landing pages, SEO\-driven content, and ongoing site updates. You’ll collaborate closely with content, product, and design teams to bring new pages to life, improve existing experiences, and ensure consistency across our global site. This role is ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across high\-volume content workflows, with an interest in growing into broader content, web optimization, and digital experience work over time. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES*** Create, update, and publish website content using a CMS supported by AI\-assisted workflows, working within modular components and structured templates * Execute landing pages and content updates based on briefs, adapting content and making layout adjustments within templates while maintaining alignment with brand and UX guidelines * Support QA and ongoing content updates across multiple countries and languages, including localization workflows * Maintain consistency across pages and templates to ensure a cohesive user experience * Manage and prioritize incoming content requests, balancing multiple projects and deadlines * Collaborate with product and design teams to implement updates and improvements to page content and structure * Support content audits, updates, and optimization efforts across key pages * Contribute to blog and supporting content updates across organic channels **POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** 2–4\+ years of experience in web content, digital marketing, or a related field * Experience working within a CMS (Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress, or similar) * Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing content for accuracy and consistency * Comfortable working within structured templates and repeatable content workflows * Ability to stay organized and manage multiple deliverables across competing priorities * Good design sense and familiarity with UX principles * Basic understanding of SEO principles and how content supports search performance * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment * Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken) **Nice to have*** Experience working with component\-based or headless CMS platforms * Familiarity with localization or translation workflows * Familiarity with AI\-assisted tools or content workflows * Exposure to tools like Figma, GA4, or SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs) * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS * Interest in user experience, content structure, and digital product thinking **PERKS \& BENEFITS*** Medical Insurance. * Birthday day off. * Various discounts as a member of Caja Los Andes. * Euronet stock purchase – quarterly option. * Use of remittance service with no commission when sending to immediate family. * Annual Salary Reviews. * Agreement with Smart Fit (Gym).
