Job Description As a Casino Assistant, you will carry out procedures related to organizing, cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting supplies, materials, high-value items, equipment, and facilities involved in production or service processes, as well as perform duties in production areas, with an emphasis on continuously improving operational management and meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities * Prepare and carry out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery. * Ensure compliance with company-established customer service protocols and quality standards. ✅ * Guarantee customer satisfaction by consistently delivering friendly and high-quality service. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. Requirements * Residence in Iquique or Alto Hospicio * Class B Driver’s License * Minimum 1 year of experience working in collective catering casinos. * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning and customer service within casinos. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic casino environment. * Availability to work a 5x2 schedule in the city.
