We’re looking to add a **Waiter / Waitress** to our dining room team—someone with an excellent attitude, customer-focused, and capable of handling the pace of a high-traffic venue. What will you do daily? * Deliver direct, friendly, and personalized table service, ensuring the best Dipsy's experience. * Master our menu thoroughly to provide recommendations and perform suggestive selling (*up\-selling*). * Accurately take orders (tickets) and coordinate directly with kitchen and bar staff. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and visual standards within your assigned table section. * Process table payments and foster customer loyalty. What profile are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience working as a waiter/waitress in high-traffic restaurants, bars, or cafés. * **Attitude:** Friendliness, proactivity, and excellent communication skills. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate closely with runners, hosts, bar staff, and kitchen staff. * **Resilience:** Stress management during peak-demand periods (the *rush*). What do we offer? (Please read carefully!) * **Net Salary:** $550\.000 per month. * **Meal Allowance:** Approx. $60\.000 additional per month. * **Excellent Tips:** Direct participation in the dining room tip pool. * **4x3 Schedule:** Work 4 days and rest 3 days per week (rotating shifts). * **Working Hours:** * Sunday and Monday: 12:00–22:30 hrs. * Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00–00:00 hrs.
