The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring orderly execution aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead technology projects from planning through implementation. * Define scope, schedule, resources, and key deliverables. * Coordinate teams across technology, operations, product, and business units. * Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and changes. * Monitor project budget and progress. * Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology partners. * Track KPIs, milestones, and deadline adherence. * Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and management. * Facilitate follow-up meetings and decision-making sessions. * Support system implementations, integrations, and improvements. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes and execution. * Ensure proper documentation and formal project closure. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience managing technology projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or PMI methodologies. * Proficiency with project management tools. * Experience with ERP, CRM, digital platforms, or integrations is preferred. * Strong Excel and reporting tool skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strategic, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency.
