**Purpose:**
Contributes to the overall success of the Large Enterprises Area by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures that all activities conducted comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
* Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise.
* Formulates, prepares, and supports Credit Proposal 1035 for the Large Enterprises Division, thereby processing credit proposals from the commercial area (new business, annual reviews, or others) as efficiently as possible. Proposals submitted to Local Risk are in Spanish.
* Prepares high-quality proposals acceptable both in content and format.
* Ensures internal (commercial area) and external (customers) response standards are met as stipulated, thus achieving excellent service quality.
* Works closely with the account executive during the preparation of Credit Proposal 1035. This may include personal or joint visits to the client with the commercial executive.
* Obtains all necessary, relevant, and timely information required to perform the job.
* Analyzes all necessary customer information (financial statements, guarantees, conditions, etc.), along with various types of risks associated with the business, and provides credit recommendations under uncertain scenarios (projections), with appropriate structuring and risk mitigation.
* Makes decisions aligned with both internal regulations (credit policies) and external regulations (SBIF) to minimize risks associated with credit granting.
Depending on the case, a thorough market analysis is required, identifying critical success variables—particularly for businesses based on future cash flows.
* Responds promptly to various queries raised by the Credit Area regarding submitted Proposal 1035s.
* Conducts periodic monitoring of compliance with internal and contractual financial covenants for clients within the segment, requesting “waivers” from the Risk Area when breaches occur against required ratio limits.
* Supports commercial executives in IG allocation based on available information. 2
* Optimizes resources and appropriately focuses commercial efforts to maximize success when presenting credits to the respective committee, while also improving credit portfolio quality by adequately classifying risk.
* Supports commercial executives in data entry and memo drafting for clients whose proposals are not prepared by Credit Solutions due to their smaller size.
* Understands the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions.
* Actively performs effective and efficient operations within respective areas, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to fulfill obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and the Business Conduct Guidelines.
**Requirements:**
* Commercial Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer, or Auditor Accountant, or equivalent degree.
* 0–3 years of experience in similar roles (Financial Analyst, Risk Executive in the Large Enterprises segment or higher).
* Financial analysis capability to assess credit risk, knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking products.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel at the user level.
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
