Job Mission: You will be responsible for establishing relationships with the brand’s dealers (dealers) and evaluating solutions for technical and warranty cases. Functions and Responsibilities: You will maintain direct and continuous contact with our dealer network, prioritizing critical cases to deliver prompt resolutions. Support and facilitate the management of brand experts present within the network. Identify and communicate recurring issues across various brand dealers, escalating potential campaign requirements. We require post-sales knowledge and experience managing dealer networks within the automotive industry. Technical evaluation expertise and deep familiarity with the brands you manage. English: Intermediate \\ Portuguese: Intermediate (desirable) Excel: Advanced Education in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, business administration, or related fields.
