Job Mission: You will be responsible for establishing relationships with the brand’s distributors (dealers), evaluating solutions for technical and warranty cases. Functions and Responsibilities: You will maintain direct and continuous contact with our dealer network, prioritizing critical case resolution to deliver prompt solutions. Support and facilitate the management of brand experts present within the network. Identify and report recurring issues across various dealers of the brand, escalating potential campaign requirements.
