Together, we can transition toward a more sustainable, equitable, and balanced protein production system. **What You’ll Do** You will lead and be accountable for the evolution of the systems ecosystem, aligning technology with real business needs. * You will take ownership of key business systems and applications * You will lead technology projects with tangible impact (not just coordination) * You will drive process automation and data utilization This role combines: * Systems & IT operations * Technology projects (not pure project management) * Low-code development tools * Automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem * Data & analytics (Dataverse, SQL, Fabric) **Who We’re Looking For** We seek someone who wants to go beyond traditional support or management—focused on continuous improvement and business orientation, autonomous, solution-oriented, and results-driven. A person who has previously been responsible for systems or applications, with experience leading technology projects, and who can effectively bridge business and technology. **You’ll Also Need:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field * 5 years’ experience in systems management and/or technology projects * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Platform preferred) * Knowledge of databases and analytics (SQL, Dataverse, or similar) * Experience working with business stakeholders * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family—a diverse group of companies with global presence.
