Job Description We are seeking a **Senior Electrical Engineer** to lead large-scale electrical projects, supervise technical teams, and ensure compliance with current quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial and commercial electrical systems. Key Responsibilities * **Electrical system design**: Develop drawings and technical specifications for electrical projects. * **Installation supervision**: Monitor proper execution of electrical construction works. * **Project management**: Coordinate schedules, resources, and multidisciplinary teams. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Energy optimization**: Propose solutions to reduce energy consumption and operational costs. * **Client relations**: Provide technical advisory and support throughout the project lifecycle. * **Technical reporting**: Prepare progress and results reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 7–10 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical projects. * Advanced knowledge of design and simulation software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux). * Experience in project management and team coordination. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English is a plus.
