You will lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that enable strategic decisions and enhance our customers’ experience. You will work on initiatives related to personalization, recommendations, pricing, assortment, commercial campaigns, and process optimization—using predictive models and advanced AI techniques. Your responsibilities Design and develop Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models across various business areas. Evolve and optimize existing analytical models to maximize their performance. Generate insights and value-driven proposals for commercial and operational challenges. Evaluate results using experimentation methodologies and A/B testing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform data into business solutions. What we’re looking for Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related STEM fields. Solid experience with Python and SQL. Experience developing analytical models, Machine Learning, and AI. Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably GCP. Intermediate English proficiency.
