Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
The primary objective of this role is to support Commercial Leaders across Sales Channels in making optimal decisions regarding sales forecasting, new product launches, and business management.
Support Shared Services analysts to ensure proper execution of reporting processes and timely availability of information to serve Commercial teams.
This position serves as the subject-matter expert for sales data handling and analysis across Sales Channels.
**Your Impact**
As a **Sales Strategy Analyst**, you will be responsible for all three sales channels in the following areas:
* Analyze, design, validate, and present daily, weekly, and monthly commercial results and KPIs across the company’s three sales channels.
* Monitor and analyze results of channel-specific commercial plans and initiatives.
* Design and continuously update predictive sales performance models for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
* Actively participate in validating demand forecasting processes through data generation and analysis (S\&OE, S\&OP).
* Review, update, transfer, and validate strict compliance with processes executed by the external GBS team—including commercial data, incentive calculation and payment data, and Selling expense controls.
* Participate in training programs for the sales force on information management activities, compensation models, and goal-setting processes.
* Estimate volumes for product innovation.
* Present channel commercial performance in commercial forums on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Analytical profile with strong advanced Excel skills.
* Advanced Power BI proficiency.
* Self-motivation, organization, and structured work habits—prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule and priorities based on business urgency.
* Proactivity in identifying opportunities within processes related to your role and/or adjacent areas.
* Leadership capability to drive cross-functional projects.
