Job Description We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead end-to-end process management, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, resource optimization, and operations leadership within industrial environments. Key Responsibilities * **Process Management**: Supervise and coordinate daily operations across various company departments. * **Strategic Planning**: Define operational objectives and growth plans. * **Team Leadership**: Motivate and direct operational staff to achieve goals. * **Resource Optimization**: Implement efficiency improvements and cost reductions. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with labor, environmental, and safety regulations. * **Customer Relations**: Maintain effective communication and ensure satisfaction with delivered services. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 6–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in industrial sectors. * Knowledge of strategic planning, logistics, and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in management tools (ERP, Power BI, Advanced Excel). * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English is a plus.
