Job Description
We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead the people management strategy, oversee recruitment, training, and development processes, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, talent policies, and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities
* **Talent Management**: Define and implement strategies for attracting and retaining personnel.
* **Recruitment and Selection**: Oversee hiring processes to fill key positions.
* **Training and Development**: Design training programs and career development plans.
* **Workplace Climate Management**: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
* **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with labor legislation and internal policies.
* **Union Relations**: Maintain effective communication and negotiation with union representatives.
* **Executive Reporting**: Prepare HR metrics reports for senior management.
Requirements
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related field.
* 7–10 years of experience in human resources management, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
* Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and union relations.
* Proficiency in HR management tools (ERP, ATS, training platforms).
* Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Intermediate-to-advanced English is a plus.
