Your primary objective in this role will be to design, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement and optimization initiatives in distribution processes through data analysis, operational modeling, and performance indicator monitoring—contributing to the company’s productivity and service excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** Map, document, and analyze distribution operational processes to identify improvement opportunities in time, cost, and quality. Propose and drive innovation and operational efficiency initiatives that enhance productivity and competitiveness. Technically and economically evaluate operational improvement projects, prioritizing implementation based on impact, feasibility, and return on investment. Develop planning and control models to optimize operational resources such as routes, staffing, capacity, and infrastructure utilization. Lead and monitor project execution, tracking schedules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational deviations to ensure expected outcomes. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field. **Experience:** 2–5 years of experience in optimization, process control, or project management roles. **Data Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** Project management methodologies, BPMN modeling, and statistical analysis. **Languages:** Basic English (desirable). **Profile:** Analytical thinking, self-management capability, dynamism, and team-oriented mindset.
