Within our commercial team, we are seeking a new Team Member to join as an Account Manager (Commercial Technical Advisor) initially during an "On The Bench" period. During this time, you will serve as a strategic support for account and project development while receiving training to ensure success.
This role is critical to strengthening and developing strategic business segments in Chile, such as the Residential \- Commercial market.
This position will begin its first months "on the bench" while receiving training and supporting specific projects, until a designated customer territory is assigned.
If you are passionate about sales and unafraid to get your boots dirty on construction sites, this is the role for you.
**What will be your responsibilities?**

Initially \- during the "On The Bench" period \- you will receive training on our consultative sales model, visit various customers and segments, and dynamically support the commercial team for this segment over a 4\- 6 month period.
After the training period, you will be assigned a territory where you will become the commercial lead for that area, developing business with direct customers.
You will accompany each customer throughout their projects and operations, continuously advising them and adding value at every stage of the project or operation using our products and solutions.
You will be responsible for preparing commercial proposals integrating our solutions to meet the project requirements of the segment and identifying potential business opportunities.
You will collaborate with the commercial team to jointly address projects and opportunities.
You will conduct account, customer, and historical analyses to identify commercial opportunities.
You will maintain constant contact with customers, building long-term relationships; 70% of your time will be spent visiting their projects in the field.
You will perform on-site demonstrations of tools, products, and solutions to assist our customers with their projects.
You will generate proposals and technical-economic presentations, performing projections and calculating returns to demonstrate our value proposition both on-site and in the office.
You will engage commercially with managerial, technical, financial, and project-level stakeholders.
**What qualifications do you need?**

Graduate in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields
Desirable: 1–2 years of prior work experience in commercial or project-related roles within the industry
Willingness to relocate outside Santiago, Chile, after the training period
Availability for fieldwork and frequent customer visits (70%\- 80% of time)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
High capacity for learning and adapting to new industries
Results-oriented mindset and commercial acumen
Conversational English
Valid Driver's License
