Because at PUMA, whoever wants to play, can play. **Your mission** * Structure and coordinate district operations management to ensure compliance with budget and KPIs, customer service, visual merchandising, training, inventory, policies and procedures, according to guidelines defined by PUMA. * Coordinate and verify the implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with company-requested shrink inventory results. * Plan and execute new store openings and/or closures according to established plans and timelines. * Determine recruitment, training/development, development, and succession of staff. * Guarantee that national and global training programs are completed. **Your talent** * 5 to 6 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in apparel and footwear. * Availability to work in the field and travel within the country.
