To further strengthen our organizational management, we seek to incorporate a Management Control Engineer into our team, who will contribute to strategic analysis and organizational performance monitoring. Job Mission Strengthen the Bioparque’s management control system, ensuring the generation and analysis of strategic information that supports decision-making, organizational performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare management reports and performance indicator (KPI) analysis. Analyze operational and financial results to support strategic decision-making. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and conduct monthly follow-up. Analyze budget variances and propose corrective measures. Develop analyses enabling improved organizational efficiency and optimized resource utilization. Support various departments in information analysis and project evaluation. Conduct market analysis and demand forecasting to support organizational planning. Propose improvements in processes, management systems, and data analysis tools. Requirements Education Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in management control, financial planning, or strategic analysis. Experience in budget preparation and cost analysis. Experience in management indicator (KPI) analysis.
