About the Role
**Collapsar Jewelry and Commercial Services** is seeking a **Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team in **Quilpué, Valparaíso Region**.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating processes related to procurement, inventory, purchasing, distribution, and materials planning, supporting an efficient supply chain focused on achieving business goals.
You will work closely with **purchasing, logistics, warehouse, sales, operations, finance, and suppliers** to ensure timely product availability, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and improve process efficiency.

Your Impact on the Team
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have direct involvement in decisions regarding inventory, procurement, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and product availability.
* Prepare and update demand forecasts.
* Support purchasing and replenishment planning.
* Monitor purchase orders and committed delivery dates.
* Coordinate with suppliers on product and material availability.
* Track receipts, shipments, and inventory movements.
* Analyze stockouts and overstock situations.
* Prepare supply chain reports and KPIs.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory and supplier information.
* Coordinate with sales and operations on product requirements.
* Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
* Analyze supplier lead times and performance.
* Identify inventory discrepancies and support their resolution.
* Prepare logistics and procurement cost analyses.
* Maintain updated records in ERP, WMS, or other systems.
* Identify procurement risks and propose alternatives.
* Participate in optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support new product introduction processes as applicable.
* Perform other supply chain and logistics-related duties.
Requirements
* **2–4 years of experience** in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, planning, or purchasing.
* Prior experience as a **Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Inventory Analyst**, or similar role.
* Knowledge of planning, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution processes.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with **SAP, Oracle, Softland, Defontana, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS**, or other ERP or logistics systems is preferred.
* Ability to analyze inventory and demand data.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal departments.
