We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills, planning orientation, and enthusiasm for collaborative work across various business areas. ### **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for **planning and managing input and material demand**, contributing to maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring operational continuity. In this role, you will hold a strategic position, continuously interacting with departments such as **Operations, Maintenance, Fleet, Procurement, and Warehouse**, combining analysis, administrative management, and field engagement. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage input and material demand. * Analyze stock levels and supply requirements. * Monitor and configure stock parameters using **SAP**. * Generate and analyze information to support decision-making. * Coordinate requirements with various user departments. * Collaborate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, Fleet, and Warehouse teams. * Conduct field visits as required by operational needs. * Participate in planning and supply process improvement and optimization initiatives. ### **What are we looking for?** * Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in planning**, preferably in industrial, supply, demand, or inventory management contexts. * **Advanced SAP proficiency**, especially regarding stock management and configuration. * **Advanced Excel skills**. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for occasional transfers and travel. ### **Which competencies are important for this challenge?** We seek individuals characterized by: * Strong analytical and planning capabilities. * Results- and efficiency-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage priorities and respond to contingencies. * Effective communication and coordination skills. * Collaborative work ethic and ease of interaction across departments. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Internal customer orientation. ### **Location** **Coronel, Biobío Region**, with interaction and field visits to various facilities as required by the role.
