Manage logistics teams and supervise suppliers. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Logistics Operations Manager** to lead and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency in transportation, warehousing, distribution, and achievement of operational and commercial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise domestic and international logistics operations. * Design strategies to optimize costs, delivery times, and service levels. * Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution teams. * Supervise suppliers, logistics providers, and service contracts. * Implement continuous process and productivity improvements. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and logistics regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience leading teams and distribution operations. * Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and international trade. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) and analytical tools. * Leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.
