Work on challenging projects in the mining sector R\&Q Engineering, an engineering and project company with 50 years of history, is seeking a **Senior Project Engineer** in the **Metropolitan Region** for an important mining-sector tender process: **Estimated duration of the tendered contract: 36 months.** We require a Civil / Industrial / Construction Engineer, graduated in any specialty (degree certificate notarized), with a minimum of 10 / 15 years of specific experience in portfolio, program, or investment project management and/or control in large-scale copper mining and/or consulting/services for mining or industrial project management. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is desirable. **Other requirements**: * Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies. * Familiarity with Codelco's Capital Investment System (SIC). * Familiarity with Codelco's Divisional Project Management System (SGPD). * Knowledge of investment project planning, scheduling, and control methodologies. * Knowledge of procurement and acquisition processes for projects. \- Familiarity with SAP modules PS \- IM. * Extensive expertise in preparing and developing budgets for new and ongoing projects. * Proficiency in MS Office Professional. **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be met to be considered for this process.
