At Falabella Retail, we are seeking a Procurement Analyst. What is the role’s mission? Ensure product availability by optimizing inventory levels and coordinating efficiently with suppliers and commercial departments to guarantee continuous supply. Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying risks of overstock or stockouts, and proposing actions to optimize replenishment. * Generate and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and timely product availability. * Continuously coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper planning and supply. * Track key departmental metrics such as In-Stock Rate, Fill Rate, and Days of Inventory, generating reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement processes, contributing to the business’s operational efficiency. * Collaborate with planning, logistics, and commercial teams to achieve departmental objectives. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in procurement, planning, logistics, or related areas. * Knowledge of management metrics such as In-Stock Rate, Fill Rate, and Days of Inventory. * Advanced Excel skills. * Basic English proficiency for using internal platforms and systems.
