### **DESCRIPTION**
What will be your main responsibilities? Coordinate recruitment and selection processes with our internal clients, ensuring staffing coverage in accordance with the annual budget. Conduct psychosocial assessments with detailed competency reports. Organize institutional activities for the Foundation. Contribute to fostering inclusive employability, working under Laws 21\.015 and 21\.275. What is the work schedule? Monday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Friday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. What do we value during your application? Degree in Psychology or Engineering with a specialization related to this field. If you hold an Engineering degree: A course certifying your qualification to conduct psychosocial assessments. Prior experience in similar roles is desirable.
