We are looking for a **BI Analyst (ERP/CRM Administrator)** passionate about technology and business to join our global Business Intelligence team. Your primary mission will be to lead the migration, management, and optimization of our NetSuite system, ensuring flawless alignment between technical capabilities and the commercial and operational needs of the entire group. (Your Responsibilities) * **ERP Administration:** Administer and configure NetSuite modules, adapting the platform to the operational needs of all our companies while aligning operations with accounting and financial processes. * **Migration Management:** Strategically support the migration of processes from our current ERP (Odoo) to the new NetSuite infrastructure. * **Process Improvement:** Implement and standardize workflows across key functional areas (finance, logistics, sales, and HR), ensuring the highest quality standards. * **Data Quality:** Rigorously ensure the quality of the company’s master data repository (*Source of Truth*). * **Training and Support:** Resolve ERP-related technical issues and continuously train staff on correct platform usage. What are we looking for? (Requirements) * **Academic Background:** Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Data Analytics, or related business-oriented fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles, with demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation and administration (preferably NetSuite). * **Business Knowledge:** Solid understanding of finance, sales, and logistics areas, as well as familiarity with **electronic invoicing** processes across various Latin American jurisdictions. * **Technical Skills (Desirable):** Knowledge of databases (SQL), ETL processes, and analytics/visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, Snowflake). * **Languages and Industry:** **Advanced English proficiency**; prior experience in the Telecommunications or IoT sector is highly desirable. * **Location:** Residence in Santiago, Metropolitan Region (mandatory for on-site attendance).
