**CSV Project Manager / Antofagasta**
We are looking for a **CSV Project Manager (Control by Virtual Signaling)** to lead the implementation of a strategic technological solution for railway operations—from tendering and award through implementation, validation, and commissioning.
This challenge requires a professional capable of integrating **technology, systems, railway operations, and project management**, coordinating multiple disciplines, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient implementation within defined timelines and budgets.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead the tendering, award, implementation, and commissioning process for the CSV project.
* Manage the implementation and integration of various technological solutions and systems associated with the project.
* Administer contracts and serve as the technical counterpart to suppliers and specialists.
* Plan and monitor physical and financial progress of the project, proactively managing deviations in schedule, cost, scope, and quality.
* Coordinate different implementation phases, testing, operational validation, and preparation for commissioning.
* Manage interfaces and dependencies among technology, infrastructure, systems, and operations.
* Coordinate suppliers, operational departments, technology, maintenance, safety, and other involved stakeholders.
* Identify and manage risks associated with implementation—especially those potentially affecting operational continuity and safety.
* Lead change management jointly with operations, preparing the organization for adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
* Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing operation and sustainability.

**Desired Profile**

Requirements
* Experience in projects related to signaling systems, railway control, transportation, mining, or critical infrastructure.
* Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience managing and implementing highly complex technological projects.
* Experience in system integration, automation, control, telecommunications, and/or technologies applied to critical operations.
* Experience working with technology suppliers and contract administration.
* Ability to manage projects with multiple interfaces, disciplines, and stakeholders.
* Experience in testing, validation, commissioning, and/or transition-to-operation processes.
* Willingness to work in Antofagasta, including both office- and field-based activities.
* Class B driver’s license.
