Oversee and optimize accurate monthly payroll and labor obligation processing, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, accounting traceability, and other critical business processes. Key responsibilities: Execute, review, and validate salary, bonus, overtime, incentive, and gratification calculations. Monitor payroll settlements, advances, leaves, absenteeism, vacations, and terminations. Ensure compliance with legal obligations: social security contributions, insurance, AFP, AFC, compensation funds, among others.
