Sandvik Mining is seeking: **Technical Training Project Coordinator \- ANSCO** **FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PASSIONATE ABOUT WINNING?** **WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU** *" This job posting complies with Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market."* **GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** Responsible for **implementing, coordinating, and leading Sandvik Technical Training Projects in Chile**, under **ANSCO** guidelines, ensuring their proper execution and consolidation, followed by **leading the rollout and implementation of projects in other Latin American countries** (Peru, Colombia, and Argentina), jointly with educational institutions and internal teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement and lead **Sandvik Technical Training Projects in Chile**, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and defined standards. * Plan and coordinate the **expansion of projects** to other Latin American countries, replicating the training model. * Establish and manage relationships with **technical institutions, training centers, and universities**. * Collaborate with institutions to **structure programs, curricula, and technical content**. * Coordinate the **onboarding and training process of students** from external institutions. * Ensure training programs comply with Sandvik’s **technical, quality, safety, and compliance standards**. * Coordinate technical specialists, mentors, instructors, and internal and external stakeholders. * Supervise evaluation processes, learning tracking, and competency gap closure. * Prepare progress, results, and project status reports to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with **ANSCO** guidelines, including document control and traceability. * Guarantee proper standardization of the project for regional implementation. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Professional degree in **Engineering, Education, Technical Training, or related field**. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical training, developed in collaboration with educational institutions, actively participating in technical instruction and student or trainee development. * Experience in **implementation and management of technical training projects**. * Solid technical knowledge enabling **validation of specialized training content**. * Ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and with regional scope. * **Intermediate technical English (desirable).** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge or experience with **LMS platforms** for training management *(desirable)*. * General knowledge of **EHS and Compliance systems** related to training *(desirable)*. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * High availability for domestic and international travel. * Availability to work rotating shifts as required by business needs. * **Class B driver’s license, minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory).** * Residence in Santiago (desirable). **Work Location: Santiago** **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:** * **Sandvik Internal Candidates:** Access Intranet Vacancies Job ID: **R0090704\.** * **External Candidates:** www.sandvik.com “Careers”, enter code **R0090704** (create user account, **upload updated CV**, and **complete questionnaire**, if applicable). *Sandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
