Opportunity to support various departments with a positive attitude **Receptionist** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Receptionist** to join an organization that values respectful treatment, organization, and close, professional interaction with people. We seek a friendly, proactive individual with strong service orientation who wishes to contribute from a key role supporting the office’s daily operations. This position will be responsible for providing warm and efficient service to clients, suppliers, stakeholders, visitors, and internal teams, as well as delivering administrative support to various company departments. This recruitment process is conducted under the **Labor Inclusion Law**, therefore priority will be given to applicants holding a **disability credential**, with compatibility to perform the job functions in person. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to management teams. * Receive, guide, and assist suppliers, clients, stakeholders, and general visitors. * Ensure proper access control for individuals entering the premises. * Use Office tools for daily tasks, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Manage purchase orders in ERP. * Promptly report incidents or relevant situations occurring on-site. * Support coordination and administration of departmental administrative requests. * Maintain courteous, organized, and efficient service toward internal and external clients. **Requirements** * Hold a disability credential. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools. * Basic accounting knowledge is desirable. * Experience or skills in customer service. * Administrative or reception experience is desirable. * Availability to work on-site. **Valued Competencies** * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Organization and service orientation. * Courteous demeanor and willingness to support various departments. **Position Conditions** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable for another 3 months, followed by potential indefinite-term contract. * Net salary: Between $700\.000 and $824\.000\. * Workweek: 41 hours. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs.; Friday, 08:30–16:30 hrs. * Work modality: On-site. **Why Apply?** Because you’ll have the opportunity to perform a close, dynamic, and essential role for the organization’s daily operations.
