Job Summary: Controls and validates transactions on gaming machines, pays out prizes, and provides customer service, ensuring operational continuity and supporting events. Key Highlights: 1. Pay out prizes while delivering excellent service and customer support.  Enable tokens in TGM carts.  Verify operational status of work equipment (TBK devices, battery charges, chemical paper).  Guide customers on various types of gaming machines.  Provide customers with cash-to-token or token-to-cash exchanges upon request.  Generate customer outcome reports (Mass and High-Value) and customer investment reports (e.g., gaming coupons).  Provide backup support to other units by managing daily operations.  Support the execution of events or commercial initiatives (e.g., tournaments, online raffles, etc.) **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Gaming experience * Experience managing personnel in service areas.
