An execution-oriented role responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and managing innovation initiatives within assigned business areas. Responsibilities: * Identify innovation opportunities with business units; transition from problem to rapid pilot. * Manage the initiative portfolio within your cluster: status, priority, blockers. * Connect with the external ecosystem: startups, suppliers, applicable trends. * Leverage AI in daily work.
