We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and highly organized individual to assume the role of **Workshop Room Host**, serving as the visible face of our academic offerings and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for both our students and instructors. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Welcome and customer service:** Greet students warmly, manage attendance registration, and guide them around the workshop room facilities. * **Operational preparation:** Ensure proper setup, cleaning, organization, and appropriate arrangement of tables and tools before and after each workshop. * **Material management:** Monitor inventory levels of course kits, materials, and supplies required for classes, coordinating timely restocking with the sales room team. * **Commercial support and customer service:** Provide clear information about available workshops, manage registrations, and assist in selling complementary supplies. * **Logistical coordination:** Serve as the direct point of contact with instructors to ensure technical and material requirements are met prior to each class. * **Sales room support:** Assist customers in our sales room during peak hours or on days when no workshops are scheduled. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a dynamic team at a company with extensive experience in the industry. * A creative, welcoming, and community-experience-focused work environment. * Preferential discounts on store products and internal workshops.
