Responsibilities * **Platform Management**: Oversee the operation and evolution of the institutional digital platform. * **Digital Pedagogical Design**: Coordinate the integration of educational content into virtual environments. * **Technological Innovation**: Introduce new digital tools and methodologies. * **Faculty Training**: Train the academic team on platform usage. * **Impact Evaluation**: Measure learning outcomes and propose improvements. * **Institutional Relations**: Establish partnerships with educational and technology entities. Requirements * Degree in **Education**, **Computer Engineering**, **Educational Technologies**, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital educational platforms. * Knowledge of online and blended learning teaching methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in **LMS** (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). * Leadership, effective communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Residency in Antofagasta or willingness to relocate.
