Your responsibilities will include: * Collect the cash bag containing daily receipts and securely store it in the safe. * Prepare and account for bill and coin exchanges. * Provide cash support to Customer Advisors, Cashiers, and Sales Associates as needed. * Reconcile daily cash receipts at the end of the shift, generate reports detailing contents, and coordinate secure transportation with the cash-in-transit service provider. * Enter daily sales data into the system at the end of the shift. * Retrieve deposit slips sent to the cash-in-transit service provider along with the previous day’s receipts. * Review reports received from the previous day, comparing printed information against received documents. * Record and reconcile the store’s petty cash fund in the system for commission payments. * Review staff requests to identify discrepancies in cash register reconciliations, as well as offline sales or credit notes. * Support staff in resolving questions or issues related to customer account payments or sales transactions. * Generate a monthly report listing outstanding checks.
