We seek young talents with high potential, interested in professional growth within industrial operations, motivated to learn, work on-site, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Your primary challenge** Evaluate and analyze technical aspects of plant processes, supporting various operational areas and contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement, while promoting the organization's quality standards. **Key responsibilities** Analyze technical aspects across different plant areas and provide technical support for problem resolution. Supervise and monitor projects implemented across various areas. Evaluate costs and support project control.
