**Environment, Sustainability, and Social Value:**
* Ensure strategic alignment between portfolio initiatives and environmental, social, and sustainability commitments, integrating BOS criteria and treating the environment as a customer (environmental, community, and regulatory).
**Productivity and Costs:**
* Deliver business value through operational excellence in Mine Operations, Mine Development, Mobile Equipment Maintenance, and Semi-Mobile Equipment Maintenance processes, driving process optimization, improved operational performance, and systematic capture of transformation opportunities integrated within BOS practices.
* Drive strategic initiatives that maximize productivity and reliability in Hauling, Loading, and Blasting processes, optimizing operating costs, eliminating performance constraints, and prioritizing initiatives with the greatest impact on business value and sustainability.
