Job Description We are seeking a **Perishable and Fruit Logistics Coordinator** to plan, supervise, and optimize transportation and storage processes for fresh products. The ideal candidate will have experience in perishable logistics, cold chain management, and coordination with national and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities * **Transportation planning**: Design routes and strategies to ensure fast and secure deliveries. * **Cold chain management**: Supervise storage and transportation conditions for perishables. * **Supplier relationship management**: Coordinate strategic agreements with producers and logistics operators. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with health and export regulations. * **Documentation management**: Prepare performance reports and maintain up-to-date records. * **Process optimization**: Propose improvements to the perishable logistics chain. * **KPI management**: Monitor performance KPIs for transportation and storage. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in fruit and perishable logistics. * Advanced knowledge of cold chain and health regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management platforms. * Intermediate–advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
