Join a solid company with development opportunities. **Join our team in Puerto Montt!** We are currently looking for a **Third-Party Control Assistant** to join our team and support the management and oversight of contractor companies, ensuring compliance with current labor and social security regulations. **Work Location:** Puerto Montt **What will be your main challenges?** ✅ Review labor and social security documentation of contractor companies. ✅ Manage information on labor verification platforms. ✅ Maintain updated records and databases. ✅ Support documentary audit processes and compliance monitoring. ✅ Prepare management reports and indicators. ✅ Coordinate inductions and provide support to contractor companies. ✅ Contribute to compliance with the Subcontracting Law and applicable regulations. **Requirements** ✔ Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. ✔ Knowledge of labor and social security regulations. ✔ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ✔ Experience with labor verification platforms is desirable. ✔ Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles is ideal. ✔ Organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail. **Conditions** Working hours: Monday to Friday.
