**Job Description**
We seek an individual committed to operational excellence, responsible for contributing to the achievement of key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency. This position requires experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and use of material handling equipment, working under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor or a Senior Associate.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process returns and prioritize them according to operational needs.
* Coordinate order- and return-related activities with the Customer Service team.
* Receive and manage outbound shipping orders, establishing priorities when necessary.
* Select products from their corresponding warehouse locations.
* Verify the accuracy of prepared orders, including:
+ Product name and size.
+ Product code.
+ Batch number.
+ Expiration date.
+ Quantity requested.
* Manage reprinted orders and ensure their proper reconciliation.
* Coordinate shipment pickups and maintain communication with carriers to confirm arrival and dispatch times.
* Prepare, organize, and coordinate outbound shipments.
* Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.
* Use radio-frequency (RF) scanners to record movements and inventory.
* Enter and validate information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), executing operational processes per established procedures.
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventories.
* Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, overages, shortages, or damaged goods (OS&D), and report or resolve variances.
* Address inquiries from internal and external customers, resolving issues promptly.
* Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for customers and internal management.
* Promote compliance with safety standards and actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.

**Requirements**
**Mandatory:**
* Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution centers.
* Experience operating forklifts.
* Knowledge of receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes.
* Basic proficiency with inventory systems and RF scanners.
* Ability to work collaboratively and focus on achieving operational goals.
**Preferred:**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Experience operating specialized equipment such as reach trucks or turret trucks.
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
