Internal growth opportunities A leading food industry company is seeking a Process Engineer to join its team. Objective: The Process Engineer will be responsible for improving and managing production processes and those directly related to operations, aiming to achieve maximum efficiency and optimize the use of available resources. Responsibilities: \- On\-site measurement of all variables affecting the process. \- Evaluation of actual performance by product segment and production line. \- Identification of process improvements to increase efficiency. Requirements: Academic background: Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Automation Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer, Food Engineer, or Management Control Engineer. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, within production areas. ERP proficiency / SAP preferred. Power BI proficiency. Prior experience in production planning. Location: San Bernardo. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:30 hrs. Contract: Fixed\-term contract of 3 months, with possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance. Work modality: On\-site. Benefits: Lunch provided at the company cafeteria.
