Job Description We are seeking a **Logistics Expansion Projects Supervisor** to coordinate, implement, and supervise infrastructure and logistics process growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and strategic vision for operational expansion. Key Responsibilities * **Project Planning**: Design logistics expansion plans aligned with corporate objectives. * **Implementation Supervision**: Coordinate execution of infrastructure and process projects. * **Team Management**: Lead multidisciplinary teams in logistics projects. * **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for supply chain improvement. * **Supplier Relations**: Negotiate strategic agreements for expansion projects. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with national and international regulations. * **KPI Management**: Monitor KPIs and prepare project progress reports. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics project management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (**PMI, Agile, Lean**). * Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management platforms. * Advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Leadership, negotiation, and strategic analysis skills.
