Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to support the management of the Integrated Management System, with a focus on legal requirements, document management, and audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing the legal matrix (Environment, Quality, Safety, and Health) 2. Coordination to verify compliance with legal requirements 3. We are looking for an Intern to join the Integrated Management System (IMS) team, with a primary focus on legal requirement management. Additionally, support will be provided in document management and audit processes. Key responsibilities include: \- Supporting legal matrix management via the BeeOk platform, covering requirements related to Environment, Quality and Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, and labor-related matters. \- Participating in coordination with process leaders to verify compliance with applicable legal requirements. \- Assisting in the collection, review, and upload of compliance evidence to the platform. \- Identifying gaps or non-conformities and generating timely alerts. Desired Profile: \- Academic background: Industrial Engineering or Technical Degree, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields.
