Coordination of incident response and corrective actions **Grupo PS is seeking a SOC / CSOC Analyst (Level 1)** At **Grupo PS**, we are looking for a professional to join our cybersecurity team and actively participate in security incident detection and response. **Requirements:** * Degree or technical qualification in Networking, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles **Mandatory Requirements:** * Knowledge of **networking and firewalls** * Experience in customer support or client interaction * Knowledge of operational cybersecurity (threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices) * Ability to analyze, prioritize, and escalate incidents **Desirable:** * Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or others) * Experience in security monitoring (SOC) and analysis of events/alerts * Experience in security incident management and response * Experience with ticketing systems and SLA compliance * Class B driver's license **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuous monitoring of security platforms * Analysis of alerts, events, and suspicious traffic * Management and escalation of incidents according to defined procedures * Coordination of incident response and implementation of corrective actions * Support in forensic analysis and incident investigation * Generation of reports and case tracking per SLA * Collection and analysis of threat intelligence **Work Modality:** * Shift work (morning, afternoon, and night) * Hybrid modality **Compensation:** * Between $1.000.000 and $1.200.000 net monthly (based on experience) **Benefits:** * Company-funded courses and training * Birthday leave day * Affiliation with CCAF Los Héroes * MetLife health insurance (upon transition to indefinite-term contract) * Overtime pay * Seniority bonus * Mobile phone plan * Provision of corporate clothing **Application:** Send your updated CV to **seleccion@grupops.cl**, with subject line: **SOC / CSOC Analyst** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid in Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana
