Job Summary: We are seeking an SOC/CSOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, managing, and responding to security incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in security monitoring (SOC) and event/alert analysis. 2. Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or others). 3. Security incident and operational cybersecurity incident management and response. **Grupo PS is seeking an SOC/CSOC Analyst (Level 1)** At Grupo PS, we are looking for a professional to join our cybersecurity team. **Requirements:** * Engineer or technician in networking, computer science, or cybersecurity * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in security monitoring (SOC), event and alert analysis * Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or others) * Experience in security incident management and response * Knowledge of operational cybersecurity (threats, vulnerabilities, best practices) * Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA compliance * Ability to analyze and escalate incidents **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Continuous monitoring of security systems for threat detection * Analysis of alerts, events, and traffic to identify suspicious activities * Management and escalation of security incidents according to established procedures * Coordination of incident response and implementation of corrective actions * Support in forensic analysis and incident investigation * Generation of reports and case tracking per SLA * Collection and analysis of threat intelligence **Application:** Interested candidates should send an updated CV to **seleccion@grupops.cl** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
