Required experience and qualifications for this role: \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Systems Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines with a strong foundation in processes and technology. \- 3+ years of verifiable experience in Privacy / Data Protection / Data Governance / Security & Compliance, with emphasis on personal data. \- 3–6 years in consulting or internal roles (Privacy Office, Risk/Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data Governance), performing: Assessments / gap analyses; design and implementation of privacy programs, policies, and procedures; process mapping and data mapping; coordination with technology teams to implement controls (e.g., classification, DLP, encryption, tokenization). \- Demonstrable knowledge of process mapping, identification of personal data, and definition of controls/measures. \- Practical knowledge of Chile’s data protection framework and references to GDPR (and/or LATAM frameworks). \- Intermediate English proficiency (B1\) for documentation and analysis.
