Description **Offer** Manage cybersecurity within the Network Division Management, ensuring compliance with the company's security policies and defined controls. Participate in the analysis and resolution of security incidents to prevent impact on platforms and services. Administer NFVi and IT infrastructure (physical and virtual) under the responsibility of the Network Management, applying the best practices and controls defined by the company. * Ethical Hacking on production systems. * In-depth understanding of attacker behavior and proposing improvements to detection or response systems. * Receiving, analyzing, responding to, and recovering from high-criticality cybersecurity incidents. * Managing viruses, malware, and malicious code. * Utilizing SIEM platform to apply Security Analytics. * Supporting internal departments of the management in achieving security objectives. * Managing security vulnerabilities and generating initiatives to mitigate them. * Providing feedback to SIOC with information for creating new use cases or improving existing ones. * Periodic meetings with counterparts from the Cybersecurity Management. * Ensuring compliance with security policies. * Providing support during readiness shifts. * Problem management, root cause analysis, and post-action reporting for high-impact issues. * Designing and improving alert mitigation protocols to be executed by this unit or others to address critical incidents. * Analyzing and detecting new patterns for designing alerts. * Performing configuration and troubleshooting on NFVi and IT infrastructure, identifying root causes of problems and failures, and managing final solutions. * Identifying vulnerabilities related to their services. * Executing medium and low-level scheduled tasks on Core Networks.
