We are looking for an IT Contracts Analyst to join our team and lead the end-to-end management of contracts related to software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting. **Position Purpose:** To ensure efficient and strategic administration of IT contracts, mitigating legal/financial risks and maximizing value in our relationships with technology vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the IT contract lifecycle (CLM). Review, negotiate, and optimize contractual terms (SLA, privacy, intellectual property, etc.). Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain document governance. Analyze costs, pricing structures, and payment terms. Resolve contractual disputes and support audit processes. **Requirements:** Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Systems Engineering, or related field. Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written). Experience: 3–5 years managing IT contracts. Knowledge: Software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts; Oracle/Microsoft licenses. Cybersecurity, networks, infrastructure, Data Science. Familiarity with platforms such as Webdox is desirable. **Key Competencies:** Strategic negotiation and critical thinking.
