This position is designed for professionals aiming to develop and consolidate expertise in SCADA system operations, support, and continuous improvement, while actively participating in incident resolution, platform maintenance, and customer support within the electric power sector. The role involves direct interaction with production systems, fault analysis, specialized technical support, and participation in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity of critical systems. **What will be your challenges?** SCADA Support and Operations • Monitoring and supporting operational SCADA systems. • Real-time incident analysis, diagnosis, and resolution. • Support ticket management and SLA compliance. • End-user support and coordination with technical teams. • Execution of backup, restoration, and contingency procedures. System Maintenance and Administration • Corrective and preventive maintenance of the SCADA system. • Application of patches, updates, and system enhancements. • Basic administration of Windows servers and virtualized environments (Hyper\-V). • System performance monitoring and optimization. Database and Historical Data • Basic database support (Oracle). • Management of historical data, backup files, and storage. • Diagnosis of issues related to data performance or storage. Cybersecurity and Best Practices • Implementation of cybersecurity guidelines. • Access, user, and privilege management. • Compliance with security policies in critical environments. **What do we expect from you?** Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. EXPERIENCE • 1 year of experience in industrial or IT system support. • Desired experience in SCADA systems. • Desired experience in technical support, operations, or maintenance.
