Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Engineer for the modernization and implementation of an integrated personnel management system. Key Highlights: 1. Official Oracle certifications and experience with Oracle, Java, Python A technology company is looking for a QA Engineer to work under a public tender. 1\. Remuneration: To be agreed upon 2\. Objectives and summary: The tender aims at the modernization, implementation, and deployment of an integrated system to replace the current Personnel Administration System (SIAP) used by the organization. 3\. Technical Requirements: * **Infrastructure**: Mandatory on-premise installation with integration to institutional VMware vSphere. * **Database**: Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c. * **Data Migration**: Migration of historical and current data from the SIAP system to the new ERP. * **Security**: Compliance with cyber-security standards set by the Chilean Army CSIRT and protection of sensitive data using TLS/SSL and AES encryption. * **SLA**: Maximum first-response time of 4 business hours and resolution of critical incidents within 1 business day. * An on-premise solution must be installed in the institutional data center with backup support on VMware vSphere. Technical requirements include compatibility with Oracle Database 19c and application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IIS, Apache, or Nginx. * **Official Oracle certifications** are required: Oracle Certified Professional, along with demonstrable experience in Oracle, Java, Python, C, and PHP. 4\.
